D&B Hoovers Everywhere brings the power of Dun & Bradstreet’s Data Cloud to the freemium market, providing users with seamless access to company and contact data directly within their Google Chrome browser. As the Lead UX Designer, I played a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, driving the end-to-end design process, and collaborating closely with stakeholders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a user-friendly, high-impact solution.

Designed to enhance prospecting efficiency and productivity, this tool allows users to quickly uncover key business insights, identify decision-makers, and build valuable connections—all without leaving their workflow. Through deep company profiles, users can search for specific contacts by title, discover related companies and decision-makers, and easily curate contact lists for streamlined outreach.

The need for this Chrome extension became evident following Forrester’s feedback, which highlighted a critical gap in D&B’s sales support infrastructure—a lack of lightweight, browser-based solutions to help users access essential company data in real time. In response, I worked closely with key stakeholders and engineering teams to develop and refine D&B Hoovers Everywhere, ensuring it not only met user needs but also aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility. This effortless integration now empowers sales and marketing professionals with real-time access to actionable insights, helping them engage the right prospects faster and with greater confidence, while reinforcing D&B’s leadership in data-driven business intelligence.
