This integration brings the depth of LSEG’s trusted financial and market data directly into Dynamics 365, enabling users to:
- Stay informed in real time: Access up-to-date financial, market, and company data without leaving the CRM.
- Leverage intent data for smarter engagement: See what products or topics target accounts are actively researching, signaling buying intent.
- Act on priority alerts: Receive notifications for high-value accounts, breaking news, and key market movements.
By surfacing this intelligence where users already manage relationships, the integration empowers sales teams to have timely, informed conversations and move deals forward faster.
My Role
As the lead designer, I partnered closely with LSEG’s product and engineering teams alongside Microsoft’s Dynamics group to:
- Map user workflows to identify where LSEG data would have the highest impact.
- Design intuitive UI components for in-context data delivery, aligning with Microsoft’s Fluent Design System.
- Create and refine interactive prototypes to validate placement, content hierarchy, and usability.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless, performant integration within Dynamics 365.
The Impact
By embedding LSEG’s intelligence into Dynamics 365, we eliminated the need for constant platform-switching, streamlined research workflows, and empowered sales professionals to approach each conversation with confidence and precision.
