As the Lead UX Designer, I played a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, driving the end-to-end design process, and collaborating closely with stakeholders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a user-friendly, high-impact solution.

Why We Built It
The need for this Chrome extension became evident following Forrester’s feedback, which highlighted a critical gap in D&B’s sales support infrastructure—a lack of lightweight, browser-based solutions to help users access essential company data in real time.
